P.S. Among the famous pianists who play Chopin really well, there is really no single one’s performance which I prefer overwhelmingly than any other’s. I have listened to different editions a lot. Artur Rubinstein is really a master of all Chopin’s works and is beloved by many. For concerto, Yundi Li’s performance on Chopin International Piano Competition struck me a lot. I also appreciate Krystian Zimerman’s interpretation. Vladimir Ashkenazy and Maurizio Pollini played etudes unbelievably well.
